Datu Dr Rashidah Binti Bolhassan, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Governing Council of Yayasan Sime Darby on 20 May 2024.
Datu Dr Rashidah obtained her Bachelor of Library Science degree from MARA Institute of Technology, Malaysia, and holds two master’s degrees, an Executive MBA from Ohio University, USA, and a Master in Library Science from Syracuse University, USA. Her dedication to her field was further recognised with a PhD in Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Datu Dr Rashidah brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career, primarily focusing on community development, and cultural heritage. She has been instrumental in promoting Malaysia’s rich culture, evidenced by her contributions as an advisor on heritage matters.
