Yayasan Sime Darby invites students who are interested in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) studies from low-income (B40) families to apply for a bursary to pursue various enriching vocational certificates at a YSD recognised TVET education partners.

1) Eligibility Requirements
a) Malaysian.
b) Aged 25 years or below.
c) Minimum CGPA of 2.50; or minimum 3 credits in SPM examinations.
2) Accepted Field of Studies
a) Sijil Servis Kenderaan Ringan
b) Sijil Teknologi Elektrik
c) Sijil Agroteknologi
3) Value of Scholarship
This bursary award covers tuition fees, living and book allowances up to a maximum amount of RM14,000 per year.
Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to undergo YSD THRIVE – Rising Talent, a wholesome learning experience specially designed for our Bursary and TVET scholars, including tailored employability skills training, wellness support, mentoring, industry meetups, volunteerism and access to an e-learning platform.
Note: Scholarship monies will be disbursed upon execution of scholarship agreement.
4) Service Bond period
6 months at Sime Darby Plantation Berhad upon completion of studies.
